Zapraid ("ZAPRAID", "we") operates zapraid.com and is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal data when you visit our store, buy from us or contact us.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, billing and delivery address, phone number, email.
- Payment details: payment method and transaction confirmation (card data is handled by our payment providers).
- Order information: items viewed, added to cart, bought, returned or cancelled.
- Your messages to us.
- Device and usage data: browser, IP address, identifiers and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (with your consent where required).
Why we use it (and our legal basis)
- To process orders, payments, delivery and returns (contract).
- To answer your questions (contract / legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Shopify and our service providers (payments, hosting, order fulfilment, delivery, customer service), carriers, marketing and analytics partners where you consented, and authorities where the law requires.

International transfers

How long we keep it
As long as needed to manage your orders and account, to meet legal obligations (such as accounting) and to handle disputes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@zapraid.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt) or to the authority of the country where you live (in the UK, the ICO: ico.org.uk).
US state privacy rights
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut or Virginia), you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising. You can opt out using the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer or by emailing us. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Purchases must be made by an adult.
