1. WHO WE ARE
This website, zapraid.com, is operated by Zapraid ("ZAPRAID", "we", "us").

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. ORDERS
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate. When you place an order you make an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order — for example quantities per customer or household, suspected fraud or resale, abusive return or non-delivery claims, or pricing and stock errors — and will refund any amount paid.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
ZAPRAID blasters use invisible, eye-safe infrared signals, not real laser beams. The visible beams in some of our videos and images are added effects, and some images are presentation visuals based on the real product. Recommended age: 8+. Use the products according to the instructions and warnings on the packaging; we are not responsible for misuse.
4. PRICES, PACKS AND GIFTS
Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout, in the currency shown at checkout. Delivery is free. Pack prices (1v1 Duel, Team Raid, Party Raid, Battle Royale) are shown on the product page. Free gifts are added to your cart automatically according to the pack you choose, have no cash value and are subject to our Refund Policy. Shipping Protection is an optional paid service described in our Shipping Policy. Prices and offers may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout by the methods shown. Card details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored by us.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. For customers in the EU and the UK, risk passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) take possession of the goods. For other destinations, risk passes to you when we hand your order to the carrier; Shipping Protection applies on top of that as described in our Shipping Policy.
7. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (90-day money-back guarantee, conditions apply). Customers in the EU and the UK also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in our Refund Policy; the model form is at the end of these Terms.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Customers in the EU and the UK benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for goods that are faulty or not as described (in Portugal, 3 years from delivery). Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
9. CHARGEBACKS
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@zapraid.com so we can resolve it. If a chargeback is opened, we will provide order, tracking and communication records to your bank.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ZAPRAID name, logo, texts, images and videos on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.
11. SHOPIFY
Our store runs on Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and Zapraid; Shopify is not responsible for them.
12. REVIEWS
Reviews published on our site come from customers who bought from us. By submitting a review, photo or feedback, you grant us a free, perpetual licence to use and publish it.
13. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, introduce malicious code, or scrape its content with automated tools.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, business losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as carrier strikes, severe weather or customs delays). Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW
If something goes wrong, contact us at support@zapraid.com and we'll try to resolve it quickly. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Customers in Portugal can use the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
16. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
